Our Mission
At Perplexing Puzzles Plus, we design and produce detailed model building kits for hobbyists who value realism and craftsmanship.
Each kit is developed with attention to real-world construction methods—capturing the structure, proportions, and details that make a model look authentic from every angle.
Our goal is simple: to create kits that are enjoyable to build and result in models you’ll be proud to display.
About Us
Our company began in 2000 creating 3D puzzles—often referred to as brain teasers—supporting a community of enthusiasts, including the International Puzzle Party.
Around 2015, we connected with a local model railroad club that needed custom laser-cut components for one of their layouts. That project led to a new direction, and we began designing detailed model building kits.
Since then, we’ve grown to offer roughly 100 different building kits across N, HO, S, and O scales.
This website marks our first step into fully independent eCommerce . Beginning in April 2026, we will continue expanding the site to include our existing designs along with new and increasingly detailed kits.
All kits are designed and produced in-house using laser cutting and 3D printing equipment, allowing us to maintain precision and consistency across every product.
